Tai Chi & Chi Kung
Philippe Beaufour
Course Description
The 24 movements form of the Yang style is an initiation into the grace and fluidity of the art of Tai Chi. It is an ideal martial art for all ages, providing
suppleness in the joints, a grounding of the body, and peace in the mind. You are invited to experience the healing effects after mastering the first form. The principles of yin and yang will be
taught and will be a continuous part of the practice.
Chi Kung or Qi Gong is breathing techniques in motion and can be defined as the pranayama of the Chinese, who have developed their own preventive medicine since thousands of years in the Taoist
monasteries of the southern provinces of China.
Through various exercises and movements you will gradually build up your immune system as well as your concentration with a focused mind.
