Dance style Pilates

Description

The classes include warm up, main work out and cool down. I use only the classical Pilates repertoire of movements, with modified movements for the basic classes. Each student works at his/her own level with my adjustments and reinforced teaching points.

Presenter Bio

Full Pilates diploma from the Pilates Institute in London, including all matwork levels, equipment (Reformer, Cadillac, Chair and all other equipment) all levels.
YMCA certifications in aerobics (including Step), gym training (personal trainer).


I have been teaching children & adults for 5 years in Auroville,

I have developed the New Creation School Sports program for all the surrounding children in the villages,
I have built the New Creation Sports ground and am currently managing it,
I always do my personal training & study dance.
