Course Description

Pilates Body Motion is a complete work-out based on pilates exercices and focused on 7 main principles:

 

  • breathing & relaxation
  • centering
  • alignment
  • shoulder organization
  • joint articulation
  • balance
  • width and length of motion

Very efficient as a body-mind training, Pilates Body Motion access all the intrinsic muscles and strengthen the posture and correct the alignment of our bone structure, especially the spine, making it an ideal training in case of back pain.

Training will be in the sand, close to the ocean - connected to the elements.

Sabine is a Black Belt certified Nia teacher, Pilates Body Motion Teacher, Dance and Movement teacher, Architect and Designer.
