Course Description
This class is open to all those who love to dance and to meditate and are interested in an approach to the body that
is highly structured and guided as well as inward and spontaneous.
Each of the twelve realms of the Zodiac works in the whole body and the symphony of all these frequencies is what we discover ourselves to be.

The archetypal arrangement of character, behaviour and perception delineated in astrology is explored through meditative movement. Earth, water, fire and air partner each other to work in twelve distinct bodily regions.

Presenter Bio
Mikael settled down in Pondicherry, India to study at the Sri Aurobindo Ashram in 1976. He is living in Auroville now for 34 years working as a Polarity Therapist, Counselling Psychologist, Dance and Meditation Instructor and Trainer of healers, therapists and body workers.
He has worked extensively in the therapeutic and educational fields in Holland, Israel, USA and India with the aim to create a comprehensive theory and practice integrating Tantra, Ayurveda, Sri Aurobindo and Mother's Integral Yoga, the Kabbala, Toltic shamanism, Astrology, Adlerian Psychology, Meditation and Dance.
He has been conducting workshops, courses, retreats, individual and group processes for the last 10 years at Quiet Healing Center, Verite and New Creation Dance Studio. He facilitates and is assistant to the in depth physical research of the Glorious Body through regular sessions.
