Each class is complete in itself, and, you are welcome to attend more than one to further deepen your learning and practice.

Have FUN as we explore a variety of sonic meditations, circle-song exercises and improvisations for healing, transformation, deepening awareness, concentration, connection, and freeing your inner child....

We form a sacred circle,
a sacred space of trust,
nurturance and support,
where we may freely explore together
the realms of sound and silence,
witnessing our fears,
using our voices as tools for transformation
allowing the songs of our souls to be sung!
