Co-creating safe space where we deepen awareness of our selves, discover in an atmosphere of expanding trust and allow our creativity to flow... We will explore through diverse modalities like free & guided dance improvisations, bodywork in small groups, chakra awareness, guided meditations, creative collage, bringing awareness to our feelings & longings, co-listening and sharing….
